Start here

Five steps. Then MCS is running.

You do not need to copy source files or understand programming. If you bought or rented MCS on MQL5 Market, install it from your MQL5 account and follow the five steps below.

1Open MT5Use the desktop terminal.
2Install MCSFrom your MQL5 purchases.
3Open one chartFor example EURUSD.
4Attach MCSKeep the first settings simple.
5Turn Algo onThen check the dashboard.

1. Open MetaTrader 5

Use the MT5 desktop terminal on the computer or VPS where you want MCS to run.

You needMetaTrader 5, a broker account, internet connection and access to the MQL5 account that owns the MCS purchase or rental.

2. Install MCS from your MQL5 purchases

  1. Sign in to the same MQL5 account that bought or rented Market Cheat Sheet.
  2. Open Market / My Purchases inside MT5.
  3. Find Market Cheat Sheet.
  4. Click Install. MQL5 installs the protected EA for that terminal environment.
Simple checkAfter installation, MCS should appear in the MT5 Navigator under your Expert Advisors / Market products.

3. Open one supported FX chart

Open a normal Forex chart such as EURUSD. One MCS instance watches the full 28-pair universe, so you do not need to place MCS on 28 charts.

Broker symbol names matterThe current build expects standard names such as EURUSD. Names such as EURUSDm or EURUSD.a are a current compatibility limitation.

4. Put MCS on the chart

  1. Drag Market Cheat Sheet onto the chart.
  2. Open the Inputs tab.
  3. For your first run, do not change everything.

5. Turn on Algo Trading

  1. Allow automated trading for the EA in its Common settings.
  2. Turn on the main MT5 Algo Trading button.
  3. Wait for the MCS dashboard to appear.

What am I looking at now?

The dashboard may look busy the first time you see it, but it is actually only a few simple areas: account information, currency strength, 28 pair cards, statistics and open positions.

One thing you should not forget

MCS can manage protection levels inside the EA. If MCS positions are open, keep MT5, the broker connection and preferably a stable VPS running. After an MT5 or VPS restart, check the dashboard and open positions before leaving the terminal unattended.
